Delete your CyclingSoft account and data
This page explains how to delete the account you use in the CyclingSoft app
(Android package be.paxbase.rider) and the CyclingSoft web portals, published by Paxbase Cycling.
How to request deletion
Email get@cyclingsoft.com with the subject “CyclingSoft account deletion request”.
Include the email address your account was created with. We may ask for additional verification before we delete the account, and we confirm by email once it is done.
What is deleted
- Account credentials: name, email address, phone number, password and sign-in data.
- Profile data: photo, date of birth, nationality, sizes and emergency contacts.
- Data you entered in the app: availability, travel details, equipment preferences, messages and notifications.
- Technical identifiers linked to you: push tokens, device identifiers and session logs.
What is retained, and for how long
Some data cannot be deleted immediately because we are legally required to keep it, or because we need it for an ongoing matter. Retained data is restricted and is not used for any other purpose.

How long it takes
We confirm your request within 5 working days and complete it within 30 days. Backups still containing your data are overwritten within 90 days.
If your account was created by your team
Where a cycling team or organisation uses CyclingSoft, that team is the controller for the data it manages in the platform. You can still send your request to us directly: we delete your personal account and the data we control, forward the request for any remaining data to your team, and tell you the outcome of both.
Deleting only part of your data
If you want to keep your account but have specific data removed, email get@cyclingsoft.com and tell us which data it concerns.
